Today we went to Old Trafford for the Manchester United vs Chelsea game. Unfortunately United lost 0-1 but it was still great! The guy we bought tickets from told us the team stays at the Lowry hotel so we went down there for a drink at the bar last night (I was thinking of you Martha with my martini!). After being there about half an hour the bus showed up and they all filed past us about 20ft away on their way to the elevator. Apparently it's a well kept secret because there were only a few other people there to be stockers (Don't judge ladies.... some of these gentleman are handsome :). The hotel staff would not allow pictures so you'll have to take my word for it. Plus I was trying to act cool...... so I didn't have my camera out. Sir Alex and Rooney were calm and collected and went right into the elevator, Chicarito, RvP and Giggs were chatting everyone in the lobby up.
We also met a few new friends that took us to their favorite pub in town, fun!
